Description

When I first saw this piece I had dragon energy in mind and this Jasper  speckled with hints of red and orange and a bit of green and even blue just made me swoon, so it came home with me.

I decided to fully embrace the Jasper and strung it with more Picasso Jasper which is a deeply earth based and grounding stone, that supports us in fully integrating all aspects of our creative lives and selves.  The diversity of colour that is reflected in these stones represents the spectrum of humans and experiences and I would add serve us here to allow in all forms of creativity when it comes to our work.

I also added in a few Lapis Lazuli beads to both bring out the colour as the blue just adds to the beauty of the piece as well as for the beautiful properties that Lapis brings.

Lapis Lazuli has been viewed as a stone of royalty between powerful kings, queens and pharaohs, not only for its rich colour but also because of its supporting ability with the throat chakra to open our voices and speak out truth. I also imagine that dragons, especially if we think of the treasure hoarding kind would have a special affinity for this beautiful stone as well.

Lapis is a protective stone and also considered a wisdom keeper that can aid us in unlocking our ability to connect to our authentic self and recognize the value of our own knowledge.
